The Method should be capable of measuring the levels of growth of each person evaluated in terms of their capacity for forgiveness, their empathy with regard to the reasons why others may fail them, their degree of compassion, their tolerance, their social conception, their transcendent vision, their openness to changing their goal setting and the attitude with which they assume their own lives. There are many methodologies and systems that focus on personal growth, but there are practically no methods that can measure it in quantitative terms. Nor are there really many procedures that facilitate obtaining additional information, penetrating beyond what the consultant wishes to express to the level of what he himself sees, within his limitations. Ascending Gears does allow for this and here is another objective.

When a Catholic goes to the confessional, or an Evangelical goes to see a pastor, or a Jew consults a rabbi, the person acting as guide gives advice about what they hear, but never about words  has not been said. With the Test of the Soul, you have an impartial interlocutor who is able to detect truths and states of consciousness, of the soul, of attitude, that go far beyond the story. He is even able to delve into the subconscious, so that the answers obtained constitute a great contribution for the person taking the Test and a great guide for the teacher giving advice. The training of missionary-auditors for this specific movement will be fundamental, as it is necessary for the majority to come to believe that the basis and the orientation of this movement involve a very solid mystique. There are tools that will need to be well managed; the guidance must be provided by suitably trained people and this is one of the main tasks. Coordination, discipline and fraternal admonishment must work very well. The manager and those who are in charge will not last forever, which is why the task of internal awareness-raising and delegation is very important, so that we can then move on to working externally. It will be perfected along the way, as the idea is not to extend the planning phase for too long. The recruitment, training and certification of missionaries will be one of the fundamental objectives of this support group, but we must also take into account the other members, who will have to undergo basic training in our growth guidelines, so that they can then pass them on in their communities. The training will not only be doctrinal; the emphasis will be placed on coexistence, since the movement’s mystique will only work with the help of the Holy Spirit and every Drop of Living Water that it may spill.
